Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship products

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Shipping is free on ready-to-ship orders of $100 or more within Australia. Below $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Any customs fees, taxes or duties are the customer's responsibility.

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Custom teamwear

Custom teamwear is made to order for your club. Production takes 4–6 weeks from design approval.

Shipping is included in your quoted price, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. For delivery outside Australia, we'll confirm shipping in your quote.

Lost or damaged orders

If an order goes missing or arrives damaged, email info@cyphrcombat.com with your order number and photos, and we'll sort it out.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a ready-to-ship order. We can't change an order once it has shipped. Custom orders can't be cancelled once production has started.
