Frequently asked questions

There are two ways to start:

• Design it online. Open the CYPHR Design Studio, pick a garment, add your colours, logos and text, and send it to us for a quote.
• Ask us to design it with you. Send your logo, colours and ideas through our contact page, by email or on WhatsApp, and we'll put the design together with you.

Either way, we send you a quote. Production starts once you approve the final design and the quoted price.

Each garment has its own minimum, per colour or design. You'll see it on the product in the designer. For example, custom rash guards start at 10 and custom gis at 30.

You can mix sizes however you need within a design. Different products or different designs can't be combined to reach a minimum.

Custom teamwear is priced by quote, because the price depends on the garment, the quantity and the design. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Custom orders are paid 100% up front, before production starts.

For ongoing wholesale customers, we can offer 50% up front and 50% before delivery, subject to approval. Contact us to ask about wholesale terms.

Yes, there are two kinds:

• Quality samples let you check the fabric, fit and finish. They're charged at the retail price, and we also place a hold on your card that isn't charged. Quality samples must be returned unused and unworn. Otherwise, they're charged at full price.
• Made samples of your own design can be arranged. They cost three times the garment's maximum retail price, and that's credited off your order if it goes ahead.

Depending on the garment, we offer sublimation, screen printing, transfer printing, embroidery and embossing. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll recommend the best option for your design.

Production takes 4–6 weeks from when you approve your design.

Yes. Shipping is included in your quoted price, so there's nothing extra to pay at delivery. For delivery outside Australia, we confirm shipping in your quote. See our shipping policy.

Open the CYPHR Design Studio to see every garment you can design online, with its minimum order. If the garment you want isn't there, contact us and we'll tell you what we can make.

Have each person check their measurements against our size guide before you approve the order. Custom garments are made to your approved sizes, so they can't be swapped for a different size afterwards.

Custom garments are made to your approved design, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size.

If a custom garment is faulty or doesn't match the design you approved, email info@cyphrcombat.com with your order number and photos. We'll assess it and remake or correct the affected garments at no cost. See our refund policy.

Ready-to-ship orders of $100 or more ship free within Australia. Below $100, and for international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and you'll get a tracking number by email. See our shipping policy.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery in Australia, or 60 days for international orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Email info@cyphrcombat.com with your order number. We'll reply with approval and the return address.
• Send the item within two weeks of approval. Return shipping is paid by you.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and checking the item.

Exchanges are available within Australia. International orders can be returned for a refund or store credit. Gift cards and final sale items can't be returned. Full details are in our refund policy.

Email info@cyphrcombat.com straight away with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Contact us as soon as possible. We can't change a ready-to-ship order once it has shipped, and custom orders can't be cancelled once production has started.

Sizes run from kids' K2 up to men's 5XL, depending on the garment. Each product's sizes are listed in our size guide.

Measure yourself and compare against our size guide, which covers rash guards, shorts, gis, hoodies and more. If you're unsure, email info@cyphrcombat.com with your height, weight and the product, and we'll help.

A rash guard should fit close to the body, like a second skin, so it stays in place while you grapple and doesn't ride up. It shouldn't restrict your breathing or movement. If you're between sizes and prefer a less compressive feel, go up a size.

• Wash after every session, and don't leave it sitting in your gym bag.
• Turn it inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, away from items with Velcro or zips.
• Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
• Hang it to dry out of direct sun. Don't tumble dry, as heat damages the stretch and the print.

Wash in cold water without bleach, and hang it to dry. Hot water and the dryer can shrink a gi.

Wash cold and inside out, avoid bleach, and air dry. Keep high heat away from printed or embroidered designs, including the iron.
