Returns & Exchange Terms & Conditions

Return Conditions: To be eligible for return, all items must remain in their original new condition, unwashed, and unworn. Any merchandise failing to meet these strict criteria will be returned to you, so please handle your items with care.Domestic Returns: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. This policy enables our customers in Australia to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning items.International Returns: For our international clientele, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase, offering an extended window for returns on cross-border transactions.Approval & Time Frame: All returns must receive approval and should be received at our facility within two weeks following the approval email to ensure prompt processing.Refunds: Once your return is inspected and confirmed as compliant with our return conditions, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchange Process: While we strive to accommodate exchange requests, please note that exchanges are contingent upon the successful processing and inspection of your return at our warehouse.Shipping for Exchanges: Upon approval of exchanges, items will be shipped using a reliable carrier. Please be aware that delivery times may vary from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.International Exchanges: Unfortunately, international orders do not qualify for exchanges. If an international order is returned, it will be processed strictly as a return or eligible for store credit.

Non-returnable Items

We want to be transparent with our customers regarding non-returnable items:

  • Products that have been washed or worn
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, such as Mystery Items, will also be returned to you.
  • Refunds

    Refund Process: The refund will be issued to your original payment method—whether it's a Credit Card, PayPal, or Gift Card—typically within 5 to 7 business days.Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account. If it’s been over 15 business days, don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

    Sale Items

    Please note that items purchased during a sale will be refunded based on the sale price at the time of purchase to ensure fairness.

    Gifts

    If you received an item as a gift, you can still benefit from a gift credit or pursue an exchange for an item equal to the value of your returned gift.

    Store Credit

    If you do not possess your order number or receipt, we will issue you a store credit reflecting the current value of the item, allowing you to select something else from our range.
