What your academy can order
- Custom rash guards: dye-sublimated and UPF 50+. The short sleeve rash guard is ready to design online.
- Custom BJJ shorts: ready to design online in your colours, with your logo and text.
- Custom gis: 450 GSM pearl weave with reinforced stitching. Gis are quoted by enquiry, with a minimum of 30 per colour/design.

Open the CYPHR Design Studio, pick a garment, then add your colours, patterns, logo and text on a 3D model. When it looks right, send it to us for a quote. There's no obligation.

How ordering works
- Minimum order: each garment has its own minimum, shown in the designer. It applies per product, per colour/design. Sizes can be mixed within it, but different products or designs can't be added together to reach it.
- Lead time: 4 to 6 weeks, counted from design approval and final payment.
- Price: on quote, including GST. Shipping for custom orders is built into the quote.
- Sizes: kids K2 up to men's 5XL, depending on the garment. Check the size guide before you order.
Common questions
Can members choose different sizes?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed within one design, as long as that design reaches the garment's minimum.
Can we combine rash guards and shorts to reach the minimum?
No. Each product and each colour/design has its own minimum, so rash guards and shorts are counted separately.
How long does it take?
4 to 6 weeks from design approval and final payment. If you're kitting out a team for a competition, start early.
Can we see the quality first?
Yes. Ask us about quality samples before you place a full order.
What if something arrives wrong?
Custom kit can't be returned for change of mind. If anything is faulty or not what was approved, tell us and we'll remake it.
