100% Payment Upfront: Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all customwear items.
Faulty or Incorrect Garments: If your customwear is faulty or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for custom items due to change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
No Compensation for Delays: We are not responsible for refunds or compensation if your custom items are delivered outside the quoted timeframe. Please allow extra time for custom garment production and delivery.
