At CYPHR Combat, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.

Returns & Exchange Terms & Conditions

• Return Conditions: All items must be in their original new condition, unwashed, and unworn. Any items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you.
• Domestic Returns: Accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• International Returns: Accepted within 60 days of purchase.
• Approval & Time Frame: All returns must be approved and received within two weeks of the approval email.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

• Exchange Process: Exchanges are not guaranteed until your return has been processed and inspected at our warehouse.
• Shipping for Exchanges: Items will be shipped to you via a reliable carrier. Delivery times can vary from 1 to 5 business days depending on location.
• International Exchanges: International orders are not eligible for exchanges. If an international order is returned, it will be processed as a return or for store credit.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Washed or worn products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items (e.g., Mystery Items) These items will be returned to you.

Refunds

• Refund Process: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Gift Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, please wait up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear. If it’s been over 15 business days, contact us.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the sale price.

Gifts

If the item was a gift, you can request a gift credit or an exchange for the value of the returned item.

Store Credit

If you do not have your order number or receipt, we will issue a store credit for the current value of the item.

• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• High-Value Returns: For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
